TA HYDRONICS: project manager

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Define project goals, deliverables, project tasks and priorities
• Establish solid, clear project organization, with defining resources requirements and ownership for project tasks to team members
• Take leadership, ownership and accountability of the resources assigned to the project
• Define and produce risks map of the project and manage risks accordingly
• Define reporting scheme of the project up and downwards, between external parties and company and also inside TA Hydronics
• Ensure that objectives of cost, time and quality are met accordingly with the specification and project targets
• Track and record changes in project and assess results
• Drive process of product industrialization, by direct interaction with production, marketing, Hydronic College and sales organization
• Evaluate and manage work performance of project team members. Ensure that people from project team are motivated and aware of company expectations

PROFILE:

• Bachelor or Master degree, preferable in management or technical field. Project Management education is an asset
• Qualification in project management – minimum 3 years of experience in managing projects
• Knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of managing projects (MS Project is an asset)
• Experience in engineering
• Fluent in English
• High level of communication and leadership skills
• Ability to cope with/manage conflicts
• Very good in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Knowledge of production planning
• Ability to travel frequently
